Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Mexico invites you to join a focused PMO role that bridges business and technology teams. You will own the project plan, milestones and delivery roadmap, and coordinate activities across multiple workstreams in a hybrid setup in Mexico City.

You will establish governance forums, prepare clear executive materials for sponsors and steering committees, and proactively manage risks, decisions and dependencies.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional experience leading complex business and technology projects with multiple teams.
• Experience with project planning, governance, executive reporting, risk management and change control.
• Strong ability to work with senior leadership and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated project delivery across business, technology and operations workstreams.
• Establish governance structures, decision forums and reporting cadences.
• Manage RAIDD risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies with mitigation actions.
• Coordinate stage gates, change control and readiness activities prior to implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely decisions and accountability.
