IFF is seeking a Technical Perfumery Reformulation Manager in a hybrid role based in Tlalnepantla, Mexico. You will lead reformulation across 8,000+ fragrance formulas, drive regulatory compliance and cost optimization, and collaborate with Global IT and cross-functional teams to improve processes and data quality.

Required are a science degree and experience in fragrance development, reformulation, or related fields, plus fluent English and strong project leadership capabilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Perfumery, or related scientific discipline.
• Experience in fragrance development or reformulation is a plus.
• Knowledge of fragrance raw materials and formulation processes is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Lead and manage reformulation projects across 8,000+ fragrance formulas globally.
• Drive value creation initiatives related to regulatory compliance, sustainability, supply continuity, and cost optimization.
• Coordinate and monitor reformulation activities to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction.
• Support crisis management efforts by developing proactive solutions to raw material supply disruptions.
• Partner with Technical Perfumers to prioritize and execute reformulation projects effectively.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to track project status and business impact.
• Optimize ingredient utilization and contribute to portfolio simplification initiatives.
• Lead and mentor Reformulation Project Coordinators, ensuring appropriate prioritization and workload management.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to improve processes, data quality, and system effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Perfumery, or a related scientific discipline.
• Experience in fragrance development, reformulation, technical project management, or related functions is a plus.
• Knowledge of fragrance raw materials and formulation processes is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience working in cross-functional and global environments.
• Advanced proficiency in project tracking, reporting, and data analysis tools.

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
