International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (IFF) seeks a Scent Design Associate on-site in Tlalnepantla, Mexico. You will lead Go-To-Market fragrance projects and translate market insights into consumer-focused fragrance concepts, collaborating with perfumery, technical, and marketing teams.

The role requires a degree in perfumery/chemistry-related fields, strong olfactory communication, and fluent English. This position offers an on-site, full-time opportunity with exciting fragrance technology
