MSA Safety en Querétaro busca una persona proactiva para un rol de apoyo en reporting y data management. La persona preparará informes mensuales de rendimiento y desarrollará dashboards en Excel y Power BI, manteniendo datos maestros en SAP y procesos de Salesforce.

Se requiere actualmente cursar Ingeniería o TSU en automatización/electrónica/mechatrónica; se valora experiencia en proyectos o prácticas y conocimientos básicos de inglés.

Formación

• Actualmente cursando una licenciatura en Ingeniería.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly business performance reports accurately and on time.
• Develop and maintain strategic dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
• Update SAP master data, Salesforce initiatives, and CQN records.
• Support product creation and extension processes, resolving operational bottlenecks.
• Coordinate purchase requisitions, suppliers, product samples, and marketing materials.
• Create, review, and update technical product datasheets.
• Support the preparation and organization of technical and administrative contract documentation.

Requisitos

Professional Experience

Experience participating in projects, academic associations, junior enterprises, volunteer work, or a professional internship.

Note: For internal recruitment or promotion processes, this requirement is not mandatory and may be adjusted based on the candidate's experience at MSA.

Education

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Higher University Technician degree (TSU) in Automation, Electronic or Mechatronics.

Only the degree programs explicitly listed above are eligible; related fields of study will not be considered.

Languages

• Basic English - preferred

Training and Technical Knowledge

• Excel training - preferred/optional
• Power BI training - preferred/optional
• Regardless of formal training, practical knowledge of Excel and Power BI for creating reports and dashboards is required.

Note: If the employee has not completed the training courses listed above, they must be included in the department's Training Plan.
