Capgemini Engineering, a world leader in engineering services, seeks an experienced software engineer to lead fraud-management solution delivery. You will own end-to-end SDLC, translate regulatory requirements into secure, scalable systems, and mentor development teams.

Key focus areas include Actimize, Java/J2EE, Spring, REST, microservices, cloud-native architectures, and CI/CD automation. English proficiency required, with leadership and collaboration across functions.

Formación

• 7+ years in software engineering with technical leadership in Banking/Financial Services or Fraud Prevention.
• Hands-on with NICE Actimize, Java/J2EE, Spring, REST APIs, Microservices.
• Strong SQL/PLSQL, data solution design for performance and security.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD tools (Jenkins), API Management (Apigee), and observability tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication to drive technical decisions and mentor teams.
• Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.

Your Role

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise fraud management solutions leveraging NICE Actimize, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
• Own end-to-end technical delivery across the SDLC, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into secure, scalable, high-performance, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, design validations, and mentorship of development teams.
• Drive platform modernization, CI/CD adoption, performance optimization, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including technical leadership within Banking, Financial Services, Fraud Prevention, Risk Management, or Financial Crime Compliance environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with NICE Actimize, Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, REST APIs, Microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL, with experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD tools (Jenkins), API Management platforms (Apigee), and observability tools such as Splunk or AppDynamics.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to drive technical decisions, mentor engineering teams, and manage complex technical challenges.
• Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
