Capgemini Mexico is seeking an experienced software engineer with 7+ years in banking/financial services and fraud prevention. You will lead design and delivery of fraud management solutions using NICE Actimize, Java/J2EE, Spring, REST, and microservices. Strong data skills in Oracle/SQL/PLSQL and cloud-native CI/CD tooling are essential.

You will mentor teams, drive architectural decisions, and advance platform modernization while communicating across stakeholders in English.

Formación

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with technical leadership in banking/finance or financial crime domains.
• Hands-on expertise with NICE Actimize, Java/J2EE, Spring, REST APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle, SQL and PL/SQL; design scalable, secure data solutions.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD (Jenkins), API management (Apigee), and observability tools (Splunk, AppDynamics).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication; capable of driving technical decisions.
• English proficiency at an intermediate to upper-intermediate level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise fraud management solutions.
• Own end-to-end delivery across the SDLC including requirements, design, development, testing, and post-production support.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.
• Provide architecture reviews, code reviews, design validations, and mentoring to development teams.
• Drive platform modernization, CI/CD adoption, performance optimization, and incident resolution.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and manage complex technical challenges.
