Capgemini Engineering in Mexico is seeking an experienced software engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise fraud management solutions using NICE Actimize, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.

You will own end-to-end delivery across the SDLC, translate regulatory requirements into secure scalable systems, mentor teams, and drive platform modernization with CI/CD and observability tools.

Formación

• 7+ years of software engineering with leadership experience in Banking/Financial Services, Fraud Prevention, Risk Management or Financial Crime Compliance environments.
• Hands-on with NICE Actimize, Java/J2EE, Spring, REST APIs, Microservices and enterprise integration patterns.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL, with experience designing scalable, secure, high-performance data solutions.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD tools (Jenkins), API Management platforms (Apigee), and observability tools (Splunk or AppDynamics).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills; ability to drive technical decisions and mentor teams.
• Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise fraud management solutions using NICE Actimize, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
• Own end-to-end technical delivery across the SDLC, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into secure, scalable, high-performance, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, design validations, and mentorship of development teams.
• Drive platform modernization, CI/CD adoption, performance optimization, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
