Thales Mexico is seeking a Software Developer/Engineer to design, develop, and deploy software solutions for the financial sector. You will lead analysis, design, and development across global teams, driving best practices and delivering high-quality software with security in mind.

Formación

• B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Electronic Engineering.
• Fluent Business English.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Prior experience in the banking/financial sector.
• Strong background in Java (Spring Framework, J2EE) and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Experience with web services (SOAP/REST) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA2).
• Comfortable working in Linux environments.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins) and build tools (Maven/Ant).
• AWS cloud experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business requirements analysis, prototyping, design, coding, and bug fixing — always pushing for the best possible architecture and design.
• Recommend and execute new approaches to existing software development processes, ensuring technical quality and managing security vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with global Thales teams, sharing knowledge and negotiating technical topics to ensure alignment with company best practices.
• Contribute innovative ideas for technical improvements and business opportunities.
