Eaton Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer in Querétaro. The role supports a district sales team with quotations, pricing, and order processes.

You will learn basic products and tools while gaining knowledge of local market conditions and customer needs. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 2+ years sales experience, 3+ years technical expertise, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Preferred electrical or electromechanical background; other engineering areas considered with relevant experience.
• Minimum sales experience (2 years) and technical experience (3 years).
• Technical knowledge including electrical assemblies is a plus.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.
• Strong ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively in English.
• Fully bilingual; proficient with Eaton software as applicable.
• Experience or exposure to a manufacturing organization.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare quotation packages for simple to moderately complex projects.
• Support on-time response to quotes within the district.
• Assist with order closing and handoff to ensure project execution.
• Interpret customer requirements and align products to specifications and drawings.
• Maintain quotation/project database and district lead nurturing.
• Serve as a technical/commercial resource for quotations and project management.
