Epicor is seeking a Manufacturing Support Specialist to diagnose and resolve software and system issues while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will troubleshoot client-server applications, collaborate with sales and support teams, and stay current with software updates to ensure timely assistance.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
• Experience in SaaS or e-Commerce environments.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with ERP/SQL troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test solutions with customers by phone, email, or chat.
• Resolve client-server software issues involving SQL, web servers, payment terminals, printers, and mobile devices.
• Handle complex cases, applying technical knowledge and clear, customer-focused communication.
• Stay updated with software changes to provide accurate support.
• Assist with system setup, configuration, and integration tools for customization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and share knowledge.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to the knowledge base and FAQs.
