Backbase is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Customer Success department. You will coordinate cross‑border projects, bridging Backbase teams with clients to ensure successful implementation of our online banking solutions.

You will guide customers and partners, advise on best practices, and lead workshops to align expectations. The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and proven program leadership in dynamic environments.

Formación

• 5–8 years of project management experience.
• Experience in the banking sector.
• Experience handling a large program or transformation.
• Experience in scaleup environments.
• Agile coaching experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage projects globally and act as a bridge between Backbase internal teams and clients.
• Provide coordination and communication among all project stakeholders.
• Support customers/partners and advise clients on implementing Backbase solutions.
• Lead client workshops and drive alignment across teams.
• Oversee multiple project teams and manage risks and issues at program level.
