Formación

• Experience with configuration and administration of IBM Sterling File Gateway.
• Ability to manage application support operations and system health.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the services through rotating shifts.
• Participate in POCs and create/maintain knowledge base.
• Promote process improvement and automation.

Conocimientos

Knowledge of SFG partner onboarding/demising

Knowledge of Service Management

Good knowledge on JIRA and Confluence

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication skills

Advanced English proficiency C1

Educación

5+ years of experience in relevant area

Certifications (IBM or equivalent)
