Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Tech Lead for Application Development Platforms UI/UX/Workflow to steer design strategy and mentor a UX team. You will partner with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into polished interfaces and experiences.

You’ll conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and ensure high-quality design delivery across projects while staying current with UX trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in computer engineering, CS, or IT; Master’s in software engineering preferred.
• Experience leading UX design across digital products and teams.
• Strong portfolio of UX and interaction design work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of UX designers.
• Define and drive the overall user experience design strategy.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather requirements and iterate on design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
