Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology delivery, AMS, systems integration, or large-scale IT transformation programs.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technology delivery engagements.
Demonstrated expertise in Service Delivery, IT Operations, and Delivery Management.
Experience working directly with clients, gathering business requirements, and translating them into technology solutions.
Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making at multiple organizational levels.
Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
