• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology delivery, AMS, systems integration, or large-scale IT transformation programs.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technology delivery engagements.
• Demonstrated expertise in Service Delivery, IT Operations, and Delivery Management.
• Experience working directly with clients, gathering business requirements, and translating them into technology solutions.
• Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making at multiple organizational levels.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.

Responsibilities

As a Technology Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor and technical leader, driving innovative delivery practices and helping shape strategic technology solutions for both Accenture and our client. Leveraging your deep technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills, you will collaborate directly with client stakeholders to understand business needs, define solutions, and deliver transformational outcomes. You will be expected to provide thought leadership, influence strategic decisions, and guide delivery teams to achieve high-quality results while ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

Basic Qualifications
