Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting is seeking a Team Leader to oversee manufacturing operations on the plant floor. You will secure safety, quality, and adherence to standardized processes while guiding and training staff to meet daily production goals.

Ideal candidates have about 2 years of experience in manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

• Indispensable knowledge and 2 years experience in manufacturing operations

• Ensure personnel and process safety

Preparatoria / TSU o afín

Conocimientos indispensables y experiencia de 2 años en:

• Operaciones de manufactura y producción
• Trabajo estandarizado, TPM y mejora continua
• Entrenamiento de personal en operaciones cíclicas
• Trabajo estandarizado

Responsabilidades:

• Asegurar la seguridad del personal y del proceso
• Asegurar la calidad del producto
• Mantener el trabajo estandarizado
• Desarrollar y entrenar al personal
• Liderar y coordinar al equipo en piso
• Cumplir el plan diario de producción
• Responder y escalar desviaciones operativas
• Impulsar la mejora continua
• Gestionar indicadores y comunicación operativa
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los sistemas de gestión
