Magna International is seeking a maintenance engineer to keep process and peripheral equipment in optimal condition, driving productivity, safety and quality metrics. You will lead a coordinated team, manage resources and ensure efficient use of parts and manpower in stamping operations.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree and at least five years in the automotive sector, with knowledge of PLCs, drives, robotics, and basic electrical/electronic skills and an intermediate level of

Formación

• Engineering degree required and 5 years in automotive industry in a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge across electrical, mechanical, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Basic reading of electrical, mechanical and pneumatic diagrams in maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain process equipment and peripheral devices to meet productivity, safety, and quality goals.
• Coordinate teams and manage resources to ensure targets are achieved.
• Apply maintenance procedures and instructions in stamping area and adjust motors, reducers and shafts.

Mantener en óptimas condiciones los equipos de proceso y equipos periféricos para el logro de los indicadores de productividad, seguridad y calidad de los procesos, así como mantener en control las áreas que competan a sus responsabilidades, administrando correctamente los recursos de gente y refacciones para su uso de manera eficiente, a través de la implementación de sistemas que garanticen el logro de los resultados.

Ser capaz de mantener un equipo de trabajo coordinado y enfocado en mantener en óptimas condiciones los equipos del proceso esto para el logro de los objetivos de la compañía.

EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA Y/O FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA

ESCOLARIDAD/EDUCACIÓN: Carrera de Ingeniería

FORMACIÓN/EXPERIENCIA: 5 años en la industria automotriz en puesto similar

CONOCIMIENTOS TECNICOS:

• PLC 5000, Redes Device Net, Redes DH+, RS Logix 5 y 500
• Básico de prensas
• Intermedio de grúas viajeras
• Conocimiento de Drives
• Conocimiento de Robot's
• Electricidad básica
• Electrónica básica
• Mecánica básica
• Neumática básica
• Hidráulica básica
• Soldadura eléctrica
• Sistema centralizado de lubricación
• Instrucciones de trabajo existentes en área de mantenimiento estampado
• Conocimientos de ajustes a motores, reductores, flechas, baleros
• Lectura de diagramas eléctricos, mecánicos y neumáticos
• Procedimientos, instrucciones y formatos del área que le apliquen
