Magna International, Cosma Group, seeks a Talent Acquisition and People Development professional to lead attraction and development initiatives in the automotive sector.

Responsibilities include designing strategies, building profiles, enabling training programs, and driving change while leveraging Excel and Power BI for data analysis.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Industrial Relations, Engineering Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execution of talent attraction strategies.
• Develop and update job profiles and training diagnoses.
• Create development plans derived from evaluations.
• Ensure training compliance with legal requirements.
• Implement talent development programs and manage change.
• Influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Analyze and solve problems; develop people.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Excel and data analysis.
• Utilize Power BI or data analysis tools.
• Manage projects related to organizational development.

• Nivel académico: Licenciatura en Psicología, Administración, Relaciones Industriales, Ing. en Administración, o afín, concluida.
• Experiencia: 5 años en puestos similares preferentemente en Industria Automotriz
• Idiomas: Inglés Intermedio
• Requerimientos clave: Diseño y ejecución de estrategias de atracción de talento.
• Elaboración de diagnósticos de capacitación.
• Elaboración y actualización de perfiles de puesto.
• Elaboración de planes de desarrollo derivados de evaluaciones.
• Seguimiento al cumplimiento legal en capacitación.
• Implementación de programas de desarrollo de talento.
• Gestión del cambio.
• Influencia y negociación.
• Análisis y solución de problemas.
• Desarrollo de personas.
• Conocimiento de Excel y análisis de datos.
• Power BI o herramientas de análisis de datos.
