• Experience in a recruitment coordination role or similar administrative/customer service roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Clear and effective communication, influencing others when needed.

• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Interview scheduling across phone, video, and in-person formats.
• Serve as the primary candidate liaison and provide information and logistics support.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure smooth recruitment process.
• Ensure candidates have a positive, informed interview experience.
• Arrange travel and accommodation for candidates when necessary.
• Identify and propose improvements to the scheduling workflow.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, interactions, and feedback.
