Job summary

Flex is seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator in Guadalajara, North Campus, reporting to the Recruiting Manager. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles and help ensure the process is efficient and equitable.

Responsibilities include posting job ads, screening and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, advising on market salary, and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related.
• Intermediate-Advanced English.
• Organized, responsible.
• Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Teamwork.
• Understanding of how work contributes to team; learning to apply professional concepts daily.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles.
• Prepare internal and external social media job advertisements and postings.
• Shortlist candidates, liaise with agencies, and coordinate interviews.
• Review and follow up on applications per Global Service Level Agreement.
• Advise HR and hiring managers on market intelligence (talent pool, salary, etc.).
• Foster diversity and inclusive search strategies and actions.
• Build candidate relationships to ensure a positive candidate experience.
