Job summary

ZF LIFETEC in Reynosa seeks a Talent Acquisition/Recruiter to strengthen our regional team. You will develop strategic recruitment initiatives, study plans, and establish requirements aligned with business goals.

Network via multiple channels to attract diverse candidates and manage the sourcing process end-to-end. You will build talent pools across Operations, R&D, IT, and Supply Chain, actively source passive candidates, and maintain strong candidate relationships.

Qualifications

• Automotive experience in recruiting is preferred.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, in-house or agency.
• Experience building talent pools across functions like Ops, R&D, IT, and Supply Chain.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced English language proficiency.

Your Tasks

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse candidates
• Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives
• Network through various agreed channels, database, social media
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationship during the selection process
• Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed

Your Profile

• Automotive Experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position ideally within in-house recruitment / agencies.
• Experience in building talent pools in the areas of Operations (Production Plants), R&D, IT, Supply Chain, etc.
• Proven experience in actively sourcing passive candidates.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Advance English language
• High level of professionalism and demonstrated excellent organizational and analytical skills as well as attention to detail.
