Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support end-to-end recruitment for corporate, technical, and operational roles. You will work closely with the TA team and hiring managers to gain hands-on experience in candidate management, recruitment operations, employer branding, university relations, and recruitment metrics.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least one year remaining before graduation.
• Advanced English proficiency, written and verbal.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Willingness to learn and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities across different business functions.
• Post and maintain job openings on internal and external platforms.
• Review resumes and assist with initial candidate outreach.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and TA team.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS.
• Support university relations, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
• Assist with recruitment reports, trackers, and TA metrics.
• Support candidate communication throughout recruitment stages.
• Collaborate on recruiting projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide additional support for TA and HR activities as needed.
