AECOM is seeking a highly motivated Tailings Leader based in Mexico City, Mexico. This role combines technical leadership with business development responsibilities to grow our tailings practice across Mexico and LATAM.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of geotechnical engineering experience with tailings dam design and management.
• Proven success in business development, client management and proposal preparation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for the tailings dam practice in Mexico and LATAM.
• Lead the Lead Verifier quality review on tailings design, analysis, and construction oversight.”
• Lead the design, analysis, and construction oversight of tailings dams and embankments.
• Mentor and train junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and teamwork.
