Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years in geotechnical engineering with tailings dam design experience.
• Proven success in business development and client management.

Responsibilities

• Lead tailings dam design and management efforts across MX and LATAM.
• Support business development, client relationships, and proposals.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure technical excellence.
