Flowserve Corporation in Mexico is seeking an detail-oriented T&E and P-card Administrator to manage day-to-day administration of Travel & Expense and Procurement Card programs, including Concur setup and ongoing maintenance.

You will handle cardholder setup, updates, and terminations, serve as the primary contact for employees and managers, and ensure documentation, controls, and compliance with GAAP, SOX, and Flowserve policies.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years’ work experience in accounting or auditing with T&E and P-card reports.
• Economics/Finance studies at secondary or bachelor level.
• Excellent oral and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Concur or ERP systems (Oracle/SAP).

Aufgaben

• Take day-to-day ownership of T&E and P-card programs and Concur setup.
• Manage cardholder setup, changes, suspensions, and terminations.
• Be the main contact for employees and stakeholders on T&E and P-card issues.
• Maintain program documentation, procedures, and internal controls.
• Identify and propose solutions for process gaps and data inconsistencies.
• Support month-end close activities and ensure accurate ledger coding.
• Train and mentor junior team members as needed.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to meet SLAs.
