Sandoz México is seeking a Finance professional to manage Travel & Expense and Accounts Payable within a multinational shared services setup. You will process invoices, maintain financial records, and perform month-end close with accuracy.The role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of T&E/AP processes, and experience with SAP, NAVAN, AppZen, CitiManager, and CONCUR.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
• 2-4 years’ experience in Travel & Expense, Accounts Payable, Shared Services or Finance.
• 2-4 years of T&E end to end process, Accounts Payable (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Spanish, English, Portuguese (intermediate written and spoken).
• Experience in MS suite, excel advanced, SAP, NAVAN, Appzen, Citi Manager and CONCUR environment (mandatory requirements).
• In-depth knowledge of T&E/AP processes and system solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national, matrix organization.
• Proactive, detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable, customer service orientation, professional attitude, reliable.

Aufgaben

• Processing, reviewing, and recording invoices and costs efficiently.
• Maintaining and updating financial records.
• Performing account reconciliations, downpayments, and AP aging analyses.
• Support a strong control environment, follows-up on audit issues and supports implementing correcting measures.
• Develop root-cause analysis to improve the level of service, quality and effectiveness of the operation.
• Support system transition and is responsible for knowledge transfer and knowledge retention within T&E/AP scope. Coordinate the global strategy within the team and drive GPO conversation and strategy.
• Participate and assist in driving the knowledge management process including the development of user manuals, knowledge bases, trainings, FAQs, etc.
• Perform monthly accruals at month-end closing
• Follow up on CTA & Pcard reconciliation
