Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. seeks a System Architect to lead secure AI productivity and modern endpoints with Microsoft 365.

You will shape architecture across security, AI capabilities, and enterprise IT, guiding multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions. The role emphasizes governance, deployment readiness, and collaboration with Microsoft field teams to align offerings with roadmap and co-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Microsoft 365 engineering or architecture.
• 3+ years in senior/lead/owner-level roles on large teams (20+).
• Advanced skills in two of: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online/OneDrive, Teams.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID hybrid identity, Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management.
• Understanding of Copilot readiness, data model, security, and deployment considerations.
• Familiarity with Purview security capabilities and Copilot extensibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design for secure AI productivity and modern endpoints using Microsoft 365.
• Analyze customer requirements and map to Modern Work, Security, and AI capabilities.
• Design governance models for enterprise agents and oversee implementation teams.
• Build PoCs/MVPs to validate architectures and value realization.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to Microsoft practice enablement.
