EPAM Systems Inc seeks a Chief AI Solution Engineer to drive risk-based controls automation, connector design, and backlog reviews. You will guide triage decisions, tooling choices, and architectural direction as new AI functionality is introduced.

Responsibilities include approving AI skills, agents, connectors, and MCP integrations; planning MCP servers and secure integrations; evaluating security for Claude Enterprise and Copilot; and helping establish AI governance and cost-management

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on professional experience.
• 2+ years leading and overseeing development teams.
• Strong foundation in API and integration standards for secure, scalable connections.
• Practical background applying AI solutions, with focus on agentic business transformation.
• Deep familiarity with cybersecurity and trust principles as they apply to AI systems and integrations.
• Solid working knowledge of MPC (Model Context Protocol) for secure integrations.
• Upper-intermediate English language skills (B2).

Responsibilities

• Assess and grant approval for AI skills, agents, connectors, and MCP integrations against defined risk/security thresholds.
• Plan and build MCP servers, connectors, and integrations aligned with sanctioned business applications.
• Perform security evaluations spanning Claude Enterprise, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and similar AI platforms.
• Examine connectors and integrations to identify data exposure, access control, and audit concerns.
• Establish and maintain AI governance policies, review procedures, and risk evaluation approaches.
• Deliver architectural guidance and practical implementation support for secure AI deployment.
• Guide cost-management approaches related to consumption-based AI products.

Job description

Our organization is seeking a Chief AI Solution Engineer to come on board. This position centers on helping automate risk-based controls and connector design frameworks, in addition to performing direct, manual review of the standing backlog. Whoever takes on this role will be called upon to guide decisions around triaging the review process, selecting appropriate tooling, and addressing software supply chain considerations, all while informing architectural direction as new functionality is introduced.
