Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. seeks a Senior AI Solution Engineer to advance secure AI adoption, review risk governance, and design architectures for MCP-based connectors and integrations.

You will evaluate AI skills and connectors, build MCP servers, and perform security reviews of Claude Enterprise and Microsoft Copilot, helping optimize cost and security across programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong background in API and integration standards to support secure, scalable system connections.
• Experience with applied AI, particularly in agentic business transformation initiatives.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity and trust principles as they apply to AI systems and integrations.
• Working knowledge of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and its application in building secure integrations.
• Upper-intermediate English language skills or higher (B2).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and approve AI skills, agents, connectors, and MCP integrations against established security and risk criteria.
• Design and build custom MCP servers, connectors, and integrations to support approved business use cases.
• Conduct security reviews of Claude Enterprise, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other related AI platform capabilities.
• Assess connectors and integrations for data exposure risks, permissions, identity and security controls, auditability, and overall implementation risk.
• Help develop and maintain AI governance standards, review processes, and risk assessment frameworks.
• Provide architecture recommendations and implementation guidance to support secure AI adoption across the organization.
• Offer guidance on cost optimization strategies for consumption-based AI products.

We are looking for a Senior AI Solution Engineer to join our team. Help automate controls based on risk and design patterns for connectors, and manually review the backlog. The candidate is expected to advise on triage of the review process, tooling, and the software supply chain, as well as overall architecture as capabilities are added.
