FORVIA HELLA is seeking a qualified network specialist to join our team in Mexico. You will perform advanced troubleshooting on Wi‑Fi networks, optimize wireless design, and ensure all tasks are tracked in ServiceNow with proper SLAs.

You will document actions across systems, participate in incident, problem, and change management, including root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain high availability of network services.

Formación

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Technical knowledge: Wireless Protocols and 802.11 standards, RF fundamentals, spectrum analysis.
• Experience with LAN/WAN and Wi‑Fi networks.

Responsabilidades

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolution on Wi‑Fi support network design and optimization.
• Ensure all activities are tracked via tickets and documented in ServiceNow and other relevant systems.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets per defined SLAs and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain transparency through accurate documentation of activities in relevant systems.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes, including root cause analysis.

Your Tasks

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolution on Wi-Fi support network design,
• optimization
• Ensure all activities are tracked via tickets
• Ensure all ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets are properly managed, prioritized, and resolved in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Maintain full transparency by accurately documenting all activities in ServiceNow and other relevant systems
• Actively participate in incident, problem, and change management processes, including root cause analysis

Your Qualifications

• Technical knowledge: Wireless Protocols and 802.11 standards, RF fundaments, spectrum analysis, Wi‑Fi design and site survey
• Speciality area: Wireless Networks
• Software: Ekahau/Hamina
• Vendor: Cisco & HPE Aruba
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Computer Scienes, Information Technology, Telecommunication or equivalent degree
• Experience of network technologies like LAN or WAN
