PepsiCo Mexico City seeks a Sustainability Senior Manager to lead pep+ governance, align with global targets, and drive impact across the operating unit.

You will build strategic partnerships, manage data governance, and engage with government stakeholders to enable policies. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, accountability, and embedding sustainability in day-to-day operations.

Formación

• Understanding of pep+ and sustainability frameworks (GHG Protocol, GRI).
• Experience engaging government stakeholders and shaping policy.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional partnerships and programs.
• Ability to translate long-term targets into actionable plans.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pep+ governance implementation across PMF with end-to-end alignment.
• Oversee cross-functional integration and data traceability.
• Develop partnerships with NGOs, suppliers, and coalitions.
• Engage government and regulatory stakeholders to enable policies.
• Drive KPI tracking, data accuracy, and timely reporting.
• Capacitate teams with tools, training, and best practices for sustainability.
• Communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
