Sinch is seeking a Support Engineer to join our global Support team. You will help customers by diagnosing issues in messaging delivery and telecom integration, working with OCS/Prepaid and VAS systems, and coordinating with engineering peers across Americas and Europe.
The role is remote with occasional on-site travel; a university degree and several years in telecom/IT support are expected, plus English fluency and familiarity with virtualization (VMware) and databases.

Now we're looking for a Support Engineer to join our team in Bogota (Colombia) or Mexico City (México) and chase the answers, seek the code and chase the dream with us.
The Support Engineer will be part of the Sinch Support team, which is a worldwide leader in delivery of Messaging solutions. This role reports to Manager Support Americas&Europe at Sinch. The workplace will be in Colombia working remotely but it might need to travel occasionally depending on needs.
For the role of Support Engineer, a relevant university degree is required and at least a couple of years of experience from technical roles within the telecom and/or IT industry.
