Capgemini Mexico is seeking an experienced Process Lead, Supply Planning to lead supply planning for FMCG clients, overseeing multiple teams and coordinating with vendors to optimize planning processes using SAP APO and ECC. The role requires 8–12 years in supply planning, strong stakeholder management and leadership, and familiarity with SAP APO/ECC, SAP BI, and Tableau.

General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Experience in Supply Planning and Vendor Collaboration. Experience in FMCG Sector preferred.
• Experience in leading multiple teams of Supply Planning experts.
• Experience in handling customer communication and acted as single point of contact for issue resoutions
• Hands on experience of working on planning tools like APO and ERP execution tools like ECC.
• Masters planning methodologies like heuristics, optimization etc
• Deep expertize understanding of analyzing planning result output and scenario planning.
• Deep understanding of planning master data and its impact on plan quality.
• Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural teams spread across geographies.

Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification): Optional

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (IIT, IT-BHU, REC, DCE, BITS & Tier 1 Engineering Colleges preferred)
• MBA Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics / Engineering (preferred)
• Any relevant industry specific Certifications/Memberships (desirable)

• Working knowledge of Tableau Platform
• Demonstrated decision making and problem solving skills
