Capgemini in Aguascalientes, Mexico, seeks a seasoned Demand Planner to lead multiple supply planning teams in the FMCG sector. You will analyze planning results, conduct scenario planning, and collaborate with vendors and cross-functional partners to ensure optimal service levels.

You will own master data quality, drive improvements in planning processes, and mentor colleagues across geographies, delivering value to clients with data-driven insights and proactive problem-solving.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• MBA in Operations/Supply Chain/Engineering preferred.
• Industry certifications/memberships desirable.
