The Big Jobsite in Mexico is seeking an experienced Supply Planning leader to oversee planning activities, drive cross-functional collaboration with vendors, and optimize FMCG supply chains.

You will guide teams across geographies, manage master data impacts on plan quality, and utilize SAP APO and ECC for planning and execution.

Strong stakeholder management, a background in manufacturing, and hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau are required.

Formación

• 8-12 years of experience in supply planning and FMCG environments.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering; MBA preferred for operations leadership.
• Experience with SAP APO and ECC, and BI tools for reporting.

Responsabilidades

General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Experience in Supply Planning and Vendor Collaboration.
• Experience in FMCG Sector preferred.
• Experience in leading multiple teams of Supply Planning experts.
• Experience in handling customer communication and acted as single point of contact for issue resoutions
• Hands on experience of working on planning tools like APO and ERP execution tools like ECC.
• Masters planning methodologies like heuristics, optimization etc
• Deep expertize understanding of analyzing planning result output and scenario planning.
• Deep understanding of planning master data and its impact on plan quality.
• Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural teams spread across geographies.

Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification):

• Optional - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (IIT, IT-BHU, REC, DCE, BITS & Tier 1 Engineering Colleges preferred)
• MBA Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics / Engineering (preferred)
• Any relevant industry specific Certifications/Memberships (desirable)

• Working knowledge of Tableau Platform
• Demonstrated decision making and problem solving skills
• Comprehensive skills in query/reporting tools, spreadsheet applications and presentations
