Jobbydoo seeks a Process Lead, Supply Planning to drive planning excellence across manufacturing networks in FMCG. You will lead multiple supply planning teams, collaborate with vendors and customers, and optimize planning outputs using SAP APO and ECC.

Required: 8–12 years in supply planning, a strong engineering degree, and experience with master data and scenario planning. You will engage cross-cultural teams and deliver value through data-driven decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (IIT, IT-BHU, REC, DCE, BITS & Tier 1 Engineering Colleges preferred).
• MBA Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics / Engineering (preferred).
• Any relevant industry specific Certifications/Memberships (desirable).

General Information Role (Picklist): Process Lead, Supply Planning BSv Role: BSv_P2DandSRM Planning Process Lead BSv Grade: B1

General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Experience in Supply Planning and Vendor Collaboration. Experience in FMCG Sector preferred.
• Experience in leading multiple teams of Supply Planning experts.
• Experience in handling customer communication and acted as single point of contact for issue resoutions
• Hands on experience of working on planning tools like APO and ERP execution tools like ECC.
• Masters planning methodologies like heuristics, optimization etc
• Deep expertize understanding of analyzing planning result output and scenario planning.
• Deep understanding of planning master data and its impact on plan quality.
• Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural teams spread across geographies.

Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification): Optional

• Working knowledge of Tableau Platform
• Demonstrated decision making and problem solving skills
• Comprehensive skills in query/reporting tools, spreadsheet applications and presentations
