Steelcase Inc. is hiring a Supply Management Intern to assist the team with supplier issues, options to reduce customer impact, and daily reporting. The role involves supporting continuous improvement initiatives and managing multiple tasks across supplier relations and contracts.

The intern will gain exposure to Steelcase processes, products, and information systems while working in a hybrid setting. Excellent English communication and timely graduation in December 2027 are required.

Qualifications

• Advanced written and oral English (100%).
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in International Business, Commerce or related.
• Full time availability (7am-4pm).
• To graduate at least by December 2027.

Responsabilités

Job Description

We are hiring a Supply Management Intern who will be supporting the team by working with some suppliers in case they are experiencing issues and look for options to avoid or at least to reduce the customer impact that can be caused by those issues as well as helping creating the daily reports.

As an intern, you\'ll:

• Support Continuous Improvements Initiatives
• Able to work on multiple assignments and effectively manage time and priorities.
• Able to apply understanding of Steelcase processes, products, standards and information systems.
• Support supplier relationships and contracts.
• Running departmental reports
• Suppliers reliability evaluation

• Advanced written and oral English (100%)
• Currently studying a bachelor's degree on International Business, Commerce or related.
• Full time availability (7am- 4pm)
• To graduate at least on December 2027.
