Job summary

Steelcase is seeking a Supply Chain Intern to support our team with order management, releasing orders, and maintaining metrics and reports. You will communicate with vendors and customers to ensure orders are released accurately and on time.

As an intern, you will collaborate across internal and external teams, assist with order changes to meet evolving customer demands, and develop your background in supply chain operations within a hybrid setup in Mexico.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, International Relations or related.
• English as a second language is a must.
• Intermediate knowledge of Outlook and Excel.
• Full time availability (7am-4pm).
• Graduation date at least on December 2027 or later.

Responsibilities

• Support Order Management, Release, and Metrics/Reports maintenance.
• Communicate with vendors, order fulfillment consultants and dealers to release orders into the system.
• Assist the team with order changes to meet changing customer demands (dates, quantity, product, ship-to).
