Job summary

SKF Group in Puebla is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join our team. You will drive material planning, stock replenishment, and production coordination for the Kit Center, leveraging MRP/DRP tools and data analytics.

The role requires 1–2 years in supply chain or planning, aBachelor’s degree, intermediate English for global collaboration, and strong Power BI skills (SQL a plus). You will partner with Sales, Product Development, Finance, and Logistics in an international setting.

• Supply optimization: manage material planning and stock replenishment using MRP/DRP tools.
• Production coordination: lead workflow for the Kit Center, including opening, prioritizing, and managing production orders.
• Commercial synergy: analyze and update the sales forecast with Sales and Product Development teams.
• Supplier management and S&OP: monitor strategic suppliers and participate in S&OP cycles with Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service.

Key Challenges & Responsibilities

• Supply Optimization: Manage material planning and stock replenishment (finished goods and components) using MRP and DRP tools.
• Production Coordination: Lead the workflow for the Kit Center (opening, prioritizing, and managing production order deliveries).
• Commercial Synergy: Analyze and update the sales forecast in close collaboration with the Sales and Product Development teams.
• Supplier Management & S&OP: Monitor strategic suppliers and actively participate in S&OP cycles alongside Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service.

What profile are we looking for?

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in similar supply chain or planning roles.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Languages: Intermediate conversational English (essential for daily global interaction).
• Tech Stack: Advanced and dynamic command of Power BI (Mandatory). Knowledge of data analysis and SQL is a strong plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong customer orientation, sense of urgency, proactivity, and excellent communication skills to connect with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Sales.
