Johnson Controls offers a two-year Supply Chain and Operations Rotational program for recent graduates. You will rotate across Supplier Planning, Production Scheduling, Materials Requirement Planning, Procurement, Lean/Continuous Improvement, Quality, and Logistics roles to build leadership potential.
As part of the program, you’ll analyze data, assist in supplier evaluation, optimize production scheduling, and support daily operations.
