Job summary

Johnson Electric Group in Zacatecas is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst – Purchasing & Supplier Services to support supplier onboarding, purchasing transactions, supplier master data, and daily supply chain activities.

You will work with suppliers and internal teams across Purchasing, Finance, Procurement, and other functions to ensure accurate supplier information, compliant transactions, and timely support in a global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; postsecondary education in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of purchasing, supplier management, supply chain, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with purchase orders, supplier processes, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills required.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Onboard suppliers, process purchasing transactions, maintain supplier master data, and manage day-to-day supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Finance, Procurement and other functions to ensure accurate supplier information, compliant transactions and timely support in a global manufacturing environment.

What We're Looking For

Bonus Points If You Have

• Manufacturing experience
• Experience with multiple ERP platforms, including CMS or similar manufacturing systems

• Experience with capital purchases, cost reduction, or purchasing-process improvements
• Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, or ISO 14001
