This critical role will oversee all aspects of the purchasing process, from supplier selection and negotiation to contract management and inventory control. • Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to meet the company's needs for raw materials, equipment, and services.
• Lead the sourcing and selection of new suppliers, conducting thorough due diligence and risk assessments.

Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing supply chains and related processes.
• Excellent knowledge of market dynamics and supplier landscape, particularly within relevant industries.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment in Puebla, Puebla, MX.
