Job summary

NORMA Group in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua seeks an experienced Supply Chain professional to lead planning, production scheduling, inventory control, and logistics in a high-volume maquiladora environment.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in supply chain, with 5+ years in a similar role at an international automotive company, and APICS CPIM is preferred. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; willingness to travel and ERP proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; Master’s degree highly preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar position with an international automotive company.
• Experience with IATF 16949 and customer certifications and requirements.
• Experience with ISO 14001 & ISO 45000 in Supply Chain.
• Totally familiar with MMOG.
• Wide experience in production planning, customer service, inventory control, logistics, customs, and warehouse management.

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning, master scheduling, and materials planning for repetitive manufacturing and job shop environments.
• Manage customer service, inventory control, logistics, warehouse management and shipping processes.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45000 standards for the Supply Chain Department.
• Demonstrate strong ERP system proficiency and interface with US automotive customers.
• Travel as required and build resilient, effective teams.
