Job summary

Tetra Pak in Queretaro, Mexico is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst (Back Office Customer Services Representative) to lead a team, secure timely order fulfilment, and translate customer needs into actionable tasks. You will work with ERP/CRM tools to improve processes, collaborate across Sales, Planning and Logistics, and drive continuous improvement in service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain or customer service environments.
• Strong coordination and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-moving setting.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM tools and data-driven processes.
• Excellent English communication across cross-border teams.

Responsibilities

• Secure a reliable and efficient supply chain for order fulfilment and invoicing workflows.
• Respond to documentation requests (delivery notes, COAs, invoices) as needed.
• Prioritize back-office activities in Salesforce and provide timely customer responses.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Planning and Logistics to maintain service levels.
