Ford México is seeking a Quality Engineer for the Incoming Quality area at our Hermosillo assembly plant. You will monitor supplier quality performance, use statistics and Six Sigma to drive improvements, and ensure zero-defect parts with a positive impact on plant and customers.

You will lead cross-functional teams, present analyses in English and Spanish, and collaborate with Design to accelerate changes that improve supplier products.

Formación

• Knowledge of applied statistics, including Six Sigma methodology.
• Experience with manufacturing and supplier quality processes.
• Strong data-driven decision making and analytical thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Track and coordinate the quality of parts delivered by suppliers.
• Apply Six Sigma and statistical tools to identify root causes and drive improvements.
• Prioritize suppliers by risk/impact of defects and implement action plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
• Present results in Spanish and English to multiple levels.
