Autoliv Mexico is seeking a Segment Supplier Quality Engineer to drive supplier quality programs and ensure robust part quality across external partners. You will lead PPAP/PSW, collaborate with Project Launch, Purchasing, Engineering and Quality teams, and verify supplier adherence to Autoliv and industry standards.

The role requires an engineering degree, English proficiency, and experience in automotive or engineering environments with problem solving and lean six sigma expertise.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• English speaking/writing is required.
• Automotive industry and/or engineering experience; problem solving experience.
• Lean and Six Sigma expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Work with external suppliers to develop robust processes and deliver high-quality parts.
• Involved from supplier pre-qualification through successful launch of components.
• Verify suppliers' use of industry standards, Autoliv standards, and review production lines.
• Collaborate with Project Launch, Purchasing, Engineering and Quality teams to plan quality events.
• Manage PPAP/PSW approvals for external suppliers.
