Emerson is seeking a supplier quality professional to bridge suppliers, purchasing, engineering, and operations. You will lead PPAP activities, qualify components, and drive quality and cost improvements across global supplier networks.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 5+ years of experience, and full English proficiency for international meetings. Travel flexibility is expected to support US-based suppliers and projects.

• Support disposition of non-conforming materials in operations and own resolution of quality issues.
• Participate on teams to develop and implement strategies to accomplish improved quality and cost reduction.
• Establish new suppliers and qualify components for production.
• Create qualification plans and verify Production Part Approval Process deliverables.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Electro-Mechanical or Materials Engineering.




• English: Fully Bilingual (Leading International meetings)




• Experience: 5 years minimum in position or similar.




• Schedule flexibility and traveling availability (USA- Visa).
