Fresh Del Monte Produce is hiring a Supplier Enablement Support Analyst to onboard and support suppliers within Coupa, ensuring a smooth accounts payable process.

You will guide suppliers through registration, maintain master data, and collaborate with Procurement, AP, and IT to align workflows, with attention to accuracy and compliance. English resume required; multi-entity experience preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.
• At least 1 year of prior experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Coupa or other procurement platforms (Ariba, SAP, Jaggaer, etc.).
• Understanding of electronic invoicing, PO automation, or supplier compliance practices.
• Experience with change management or supplier training initiatives.
• Experience supporting a multi-entity, multi-language organization.
• Shared Services experience, preferably in a large or complex organization.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main point of contact for suppliers during the Coupa onboarding process.
• Guide suppliers through registration, profile setup, and connection via CSP, cXML, or SAN.
• Provide Tier 1–2 support to resolve supplier onboarding and connectivity issues.
• Monitor and track onboarding progress, escalating delays or non-compliance as needed.
• Validate supplier transactions (POs and invoices) before go-live to ensure readiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Procurement, AP, IT) to align onboarding with purchasing and payment workflows.
• Maintain accurate and high-quality supplier master data within ERP and Coupa.
• Prepare onboarding performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
