Job summary

ProTrans is seeking a Supplier Compliance Specialist in San Luis Potosí to strengthen supplier adherence to routing guides, portal usage, and documentation standards. You will partner with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Technology to resolve compliance issues affecting shipment execution, visibility, and data quality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, Supplier Management, Carrier Management, Customer Service, or Compliance.
• Experience working directly with suppliers, carriers, customers, or external partners.
• Experience with TMS platforms, supplier portals, transportation technologies, and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier compliance with customer routing guides, shipping instructions, and transportation requirements.
• Investigate routing and compliance violations and drive corrective actions with suppliers.
• Lead supplier onboarding and migration into supplier portals and train on portal functionality.
• Monitor portal utilization and address adoption barriers.
• Analyze supplier performance data and develop recurring compliance reporting.
