You will set production priorities, allocate resources, monitor KPIs, and resolve blockers to sustain high throughput while reducing costs.

Join us as a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor and take ownership of end-to-end production execution. You'll lead teams, coordinate resources, and drive performance improvements that directly impact quality, safety, and efficiency.

What will you do?
  • Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure consistent execution of quality and safety standards
  • Set production priorities, allocate people and equipment, and resolve blockers through effective escalation
  • Monitor KPIs, address deviations, and implement improvement actions to optimize throughput and costs
  • Collaborate with maintenance, supply, and quality teams to stabilize workflows and enhance performance
